Group Workshops
Three group workshops a month, held online, each one Saturday morning at 10am. Each one guides you into an altered state, then pairs it with breathwork, carried by music built to meet wherever the moment needs to go — something opens, and the body is given room to move with it. No experience needed, and nothing you have to believe. Two hours, and your own system leads.

GROUP BREATHWORK & GUIDED VISUALISATION · ONLINE
Timeline & Breath Journey
Next date: Saturday 24 October 2026.
Held online, one Saturday a month at 10am. Around two hours, with an hour of continuous, connected breathing at its centre, carried by carefully sequenced music. Everything you need is said beforehand, so once it begins, you’re held, undisturbed, and free to go as deep as you need.
We all carry a sense of where the past sits and where the future runs. It’s rarely something we look at directly, and yet it quietly decides a great deal, how close the past still feels — how much of it colours today, whether what’s ahead looks open or narrow.
The morning starts there. Guided, and entirely within your own imagination, you’ll work with something you want that hasn’t happened yet, and with whatever sits between you and it — held privately, and met from a conscious, comfortable distance. Memories don’t disappear; what changes is the weight they carry.
Then you lie down, and the second part of the morning belongs to your body. You arrive exactly as you are, and let it do what it already knows how to do. Faster, fuller breathing quiets the analytical mind, making room for what’s underneath — this is why the second half of the morning can reach places the first half’s imagination alone can’t. From there, the session is led by your own inner guiding intelligence, which already knows what today is for. The stillness itself is part of what lets you drop all the way in, so your whole attention can turn inward. I’m with you throughout, and you can reach me privately in the chat if you need anything at all.
The music isn’t just a backdrop to the breath — it carries it, built to an arc and meeting whatever direction the experience needs to go. Rhythmic at the start, drawing your breathing into a pulse you don’t have to manage, building towards a peak, then releasing through the final tracks into integration. Those closing tracks matter as much as the peak; they’re where the work settles into the body. Some people lie completely still for the full hour, because that’s what they need. Some move, some make sound, because that’s what they need instead — the music simply meets you wherever that turns out to be.
We finish with a short meditation above your own timeline, bringing a sense of light, healing and repair to its length. You don’t need to see pictures for this to land — feeling it or sensing it is the same thing. A short silence to settle, continuing the integration as we close. I stay on for a short while afterward, for anyone who feels called to share.

SELF-HYPNOSIS & GROUP BREATHWORK · ONLINE
Self-Hypnosis & Nervous System Reset
Next date: Saturday 28 November 2026.
Held online, one Saturday a month at 10am.
Around two hours : a short talk to open, self-hypnosis at the centre, and a settling breath practice to close.
If you’ve tried to meditate and couldn’t, you’re in good company, an active, analytical mind rarely quiets just because it’s told to. This is a different door in, and it works, because it doesn’t ask you to try. Self-hypnosis takes you into a deep, settled state directly, in moments, without needing to still the mind first.
All that’s asked is that you stay open to possibility. Guided questions open the way for your own superconscious to work on your outcome, with the answers held privately in your own mind, entirely yours. Sometimes a knowing arrives. Sometimes it’s simply quiet. Both are the process doing its job.
You’ll enter this state three times across the morning, checking in with your own trigger words before and after, so you leave confident in your ability to return there alone, any time you choose. Once learned, it’s yours for good. Afterwards, in your own time, you decide how long to stay — two minutes or twenty — before sleep, before something you’re facing, or simply as a daily rhythm. It takes seconds, and it’s entirely private, wherever you are.
What it gives you more than anything, is somewhere neutral to return to, a place where you can simply ask, and let your own superconscious take care of the rest.
The morning closes with a short, 12–15 minute breath practice — much gentler than a full immersive breath journey, and built for exactly this purpose. A slower, rhythmic breath signals safety to your nervous system, easing any residual activation and settling you into a grounded, rested state. The music underneath matches that pace: steady and calming, rather than building toward a peak, supporting the shift into rest rather than release. It’s this shift — small in length, but real in effect — that gives the session its name, closing the morning by bringing your whole system, not just your mind, back to rest before you carry it into the rest of your day.
I hold the space. You do the recalibrating.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION & GROUP BREATHWORK · ONLINE
Past Life Regression & Nervous System Reset
Next date: Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Held online, one Saturday a month, 10am. Two hours: a guided visualisation to open, a past-life journey, a meeting with your own guide, and a nervous system reset to close.
A light trance, guided the way Dolores Cannon originally developed and taught worldwide, using the technique taught to me directly by Dolores herself — conscious enough to remember what unfolds, relaxed enough to let something surface. You’ll visit a past life, and then meet your own guide, however they choose to appear: a figure, a presence, a colour, or simply a sense of knowing. Sometimes what comes through is a clear picture. Sometimes it’s more of a felt sense or a knowing, arriving quietly rather than as a scene — both are real ways the experience can unfold.
Between the two journeys, there’s a moment to note what came through, in the chat, in your own words, kept brief so the morning holds space for both experiences fully.
The morning closes with a short, 12–15 minute breath practice — not part of the traditional format, but added under my own practice: a gentler, settling practice rather than a full immersive journey. A slower, rhythmic breath signals safety to your nervous system, easing any residual activation from the trance work and settling you into a grounded, rested state before you carry it into the rest of your day. The music underneath is calming and steady rather than building to a peak, supporting that shift into rest. It’s this closing piece that gives the session its name.

Three ways in
Three separate workshops, each complete in itself. Come to whichever calls you first, or move through all three. Things tend to shift in layers, something releases, and what was sitting underneath becomes reachable.

Two hours: a short talk to open, self-hypnosis at the centre, and a nervous system reset to close. If you’ve tried to meditate and couldn’t, this is a different door in. Enter a deep, self-directed state in moments, with your own trigger words checked in before and after, leave confident in your ability to return there alone. Past Life Regression & Nervous System Reset
£75
Two hours: a light trance guided the way Dolores Cannon originally developed — conscious enough to remember, relaxed enough to let something surface. Visit a past life, then meet your own guide, however they choose to appear — as a clear picture, or more of a felt sense arriving quietly. Many come away with a sense of guidance to carry into the present. We close with a short, 12–15 minute breath practice, gentler than a full immersive journey and not part of the traditional format — something I’ve added under my own practice. Carried by calming, steady music, it brings your body, not just your mind, to rest before you carry it into the rest of your day.

Your questions answered
The music is the second body of the work.
The music in these sessions is not background. It is the architecture.
Sequenced as a hero’s journey — call, descent, build, breakthrough, return — it carries the nervous system through an arc the breath alone cannot hold. Each track is chosen for what it does at the precise moment it plays. The breath drives the physiology. The music guides the psyche.
It opens rhythmic, and your breathing finds the rhythm without you having to think about it. From there it builds, and by the time the breakthrough sequence arrives your system has been prepared for it. What follows opens out — warmer, slower, less driven. By the time the closing tracks land, your nervous system already knows it’s coming home. Within that same arc, no two systems respond identically — some stay still throughout, some move, some make sound. The architecture holds the shape; what happens inside it is entirely yours.
There are no lyrics you’ll find yourself listening to. Language pulls you back towards the analytical mind, so it’s kept out — sometimes even cut from within a track.
The final tracks are integration. They’re not a wind-down or a polite ending; they’re where the work settles into the body, which is why the session runs to the end rather than stopping at the peak.
You don’t need to follow any of it consciously. The music will carry you. Your job is the breath.
The shape of a session
Every workshop moves through broadly the same arc.
You arrive, and there’s a moment to land. A brief introduction follows — what’s coming and what to expect. You will have seen the contraindications to be aware of already before attending. You’ll also have had the preparation guide already, so this isn’t new ground; it’s a settling of the system, and permission to let what comes, come.
The sound check happens early so you can set your volume comfortably for the music to come.
Then the guided work — the timeline, the regression, or the self-hypnosis, depending which workshop you’re in. You stay conscious throughout, and nothing asks you to describe or explain what surfaces.
Then the breath. You follow the breath, you follow the music, and you let what wants to move, move. If the body wants to move, move. If a sound wants to come, let it come. Have cushions to hand to hug or pound if you like. Give yourself permission to express whatever wants to come through.
You’re breathing alone in your own space, and you’re also not alone. When a group breathes together there’s an energetic net of support running through it, and you can reach for it at any point — if something gets difficult, or if you feel stuck. It’s there whether you use it or not. I am also there and you can use the comments box if you want to.
When the music tails off there’s a couple of minutes of silence. Some workshops close with a short guided meditation instead; you’ll know which before you book. Afterwards, give yourself some space to let it settle. Journaling, drawing a mandala, walking, eating or simply resting are all good for this.
We close together on time, I’ll usually stay on for a few minutes afterwards so there’s a brief space to share for anyone who’d like to — and holding space and listening is as much a part of it as speaking — the same support that carried you through the breath. If you need to slip away at the end, that’s completely fine — just let yourself land somewhere quiet first.
If you have a sense you’d like to go deeper in a personal one-to-one session you are welcome to book a connection call to discuss.
Each workshop has its own shape. What changes is what arises within it.
A doorway in
Every session opens with some guided work designed to do one thing: settle you into your body, and into permission to allow.
Whatever the opening asks of you, it never asks you to work anything out. Your inner guiding intelligence already knows what today needs. The work isn’t to direct it but to get out of its way. The opening isn’t an agenda — it’s arrival.
What it does is quiet the chattering mind, soften the body, and remind your nervous system that the time ahead belongs to you. By the time the music begins, you’re already inside the work rather than crossing into it.
Each opening is different because each workshop is different. What stays the same is the orientation: settle, allow, trust the process. The rest isn’t yours to manage.

preparation
Breathwork is powerful work and there are some health conditions for which it isn’t suitable. Before your first session, please read the preparation guide — it covers contraindications, what to have around you, how to set up your space, and what to expect.
I’ll also check suitability with you before your place is confirmed.
You’ll need a private space where you can lie down undisturbed, headphones, a blanket, and something to cover your eyes.
Nothing is left open. The guided work brings you back before the breath begins, and the closing tracks are there to settle whatever has moved.
If you have questions before booking, the contact form is the easiest way to reach me, or there’s a free fifteen-minute connection call if you’d rather talk it through.
