What to expect
You arrive exactly as you are. The session begins with a short introduction a short introduction, then the guided work for that particular workshop. The breath then becomes continuous and connected, supported by music designed to guide the nervous system through a natural release process.
Possible experiences include:
Emotional release
Physical sensations (tingling, heat, movement)
Stillness or deep calm
Insight or imagery
There is nothing to force or achieve. Your only role is to breathe and allow. You are always in control — you can slow or stop the breath at any time.
Session guidelines
Recording or transcription of the session (audio, video, or AI tools) is not permitted to protect group safety and confidentiality
Confidentiality is essential — what is shared in the group stays in the group
Before you begin, let those in your home know you’ll be in a breathwork session and ask them to hold space by not interrupting you. Your process may be quiet, or your body may want to move sound through — laughter, tears, chanting, singing or releasing vocally are all perfectly natural expressions of recalibration. Closing your windows can give you the freedom to fully surrender to your experience.
We close together, with space to share for anyone who’d like to..
Afterwards you may wish to:
Journal
Draw a mandala
Rest
Spend time in nature
Notice dreams or emotional processing
